Original Description:
Hair receiver with sterling silver repoussed floral lid and heavy cut glass jar.  The lid weighs 2.62 troy oz. and measures 3 3/8 inches in diameter and 1 1/4 inches high.  The jar measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter at the opening and 2 5/8 inches high.  Marked on the side of the lid "Stieff  Sterling  15".  Hand engraved on the lid in script "KEC".  There are tiny chips on the body at some of the highest rayed cuts of the flowers there, extremely fine... fleabites on the rim of the glass jar (see our photos), and scuffing scratches on the flat polished base, otherwise in good antique condition.
