British India Burma Currency Board, One Hundred Rupees, issued 1947 and forward. Printed in India, for the use by Burma civilians only. Red overprint "Burma Currency Board". CD Deshmukh signature, King George VI reign. Prefix 'B/53' with serial... number 603578 in black. PMG Certified and graded Choice Very Fine 35; a technically accurate grade by PMG, but eye appeal and paper quality exceeding similar grades. Much better grade than most show, just 4 finer (topped at XF 45) at the pop reports at the time of writing this. RR Type 5.16.1, Pick # 33. Exactly the same item as in the picture/ scan.
